At Maison Tavelle, we want to give our customers clear and transparent information about how orders placed on https://www.maisontavelle.com are prepared, shipped and delivered.
1. Where we deliver
Maison Tavelle delivers to mainland France and to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Verneuil-en-Halatte, France: 5 Rue Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier, 60550 Verneuil-en-Halatte, France.
Orders are delivered to the address entered at checkout. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
2. Delivery costs
- Mainland France: standard delivery is free. An Express option is shown at checkout where available.
- United Kingdom: standard delivery costs £29.99 per order.
The total amount of your order, including delivery, is shown before you confirm your purchase.
3. Order processing days and cut-off time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 pm Paris time (1:00 pm UK time). Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend or on a public holiday start being processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the carrier, the destination and customs clearance for UK parcels. The delivery date or period given to you when you order remains the reference, without affecting your statutory rights.
5. United Kingdom: VAT, customs and import charges
- Prices shown to UK customers are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT.
- For orders with a total value of £135 or less, UK VAT is charged at checkout. You will not be asked to pay VAT or customs duty on delivery.
- For orders with a total value above £135, UK rules require import VAT and any customs duty to be collected when the parcel enters the UK. In that case the carrier may contact you to pay these charges before delivery. Where this applies, you will be informed at checkout.
- Parcels to the UK travel from France and go through customs. This can occasionally add a short delay.
6. Order tracking
When tracking is available for the delivery method used, tracking details are sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched. Please also check your spam folder.
7. Delivery address
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact our customer service as quickly as possible. We will try to change the address if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee it once preparation or shipping has started.
8. Late delivery
If your order is unusually late or tracking shows a problem, contact our customer service with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and keep you informed. If your order is not delivered within the applicable period, your statutory consumer rights continue to apply in full.
9. Damaged parcel
If your parcel or its contents appear damaged on arrival, please contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and, where useful, photos of the parcel and the product. This does not limit your statutory rights.
