Track your order
Want to know where your order is? Here is how to track it in a few seconds.
1. From your customer account
Sign in with the email address used for your order to see the status of all your orders: confirmed, being prepared, shipped or delivered.
2. From your confirmation email
After your purchase, you receive a confirmation email with a "View your order" link. It opens your order status page, which is updated at every step.
3. When your order ships
As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you a shipping email with the tracking number and the carrier's link to follow your parcel until it is delivered. Parcels to the United Kingdom go through customs, which can occasionally add a short delay.
Please check your spam folder if you cannot find our emails.
